My Name is Claudia D'Souza, I am the Photo Alchemist. and my mission in life is to restore, enhance and colourise old photos in order to ensure the people in them represented, live on and their stories are passed on to generations to come.

HOW TO GET YOUR PHOTO RESTORED OR COLOURISED
STEP 1 - send me a digital copy of your photo telling me what you would like done, by getting a quote. If you are unsure of what to have done and/or are just looking for some advice, you can still complete the quote form or if you prefer you can email me by clicking here.
STEP 2 - I analyse the photo and let you know how much it will cost and how long it will take. Sometimes the photos are too damaged or too low resolution and not able to be restored to a good standard. If that happens to be the case, I shall let you know and if possible offer some suggestions.
STEP 3 - Once you give me the go ahead, I will ask you to email me the best version you have of the photo and send you an invoice for a 50% deposit to start the work. Payments are via PayPal for buyer and seller protection. If you don't have PayPal, you can still pay the invoice as a PayPal guest by choosing to pay using your debit or credit card. If neither of these work for you, I can also call you (free of charge) and collect payments by phone if you prefer.
STEP 4 - Once I complete the restoration/colourisation, I will send you a proof for you to approve. At this point you can make any additional requests or tweaking and I will send you Proofs until you are completely happy with the result.
STEP 5 - When you are happy, you pay the remaining 50% and I will email you the finished photo.
